Raynald Colom Sextet
Saturday July 2nd
For many the best Spanish jazz trumpet player, Raynald Colom, accumulates successes and recognition in and out of our country. The Association of Jazz Musicians and Modern Music has awarded him the prize for best trumpet player four times, and his album Evocación was considered the best jazz album in Spain in 2009 by the publication "Cuadernos de Jazz". We remember him in San Javier because of his participation in the historic concert "Luis Salinas and Friends" in Musicas del Alma Festival, which was recorded on DVD and distributed throughout half the world. Now he debuts in Jazz San Javier as a star, joined by a spectacular group.
