“With a voice as sweet and dark as cane honey,” the Financial Times described the fantastic voice of the American jazz, gospel and blues singer Carole Alston. Her extensive career has taken her to sing and perform on five continents, both in the fields of jazz and musical theater.

In her resume we find works such as “Jesus Christ Superstar” (A. Weber), “Kiss Me Kate” (Cole Porter) or “West Side Story” and “Trouble in Tahiti”, both under the direction of the legendary Leonard Berstein, whose admiration for Carole Alston made it clear on many occasions. Also historic was her performance as a guest of the legendary Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra alongside José Carreras.
