Born in Barcelona in 1962, Ignasi Terraza is one of the most notable jazz pianist in Spain. Winner of the Jacksonville International Jazz Piano Competition in 2009, he has recorded 27 albums and is the Catalonian jazz pianist with the greatest international proyection since Tete Montoliu. Well loved in San Javier where he has visited us on two occations with his band in “Músicas del Alma” and once in Jazz San Javier with Barcelona Big Band. This time he will present a quartet formation, with the fantastic saxophone player Gabriel Amargant, and a special guest star, trumpet player and Singer Ronald Baker from the United States.
