Singer Myles Sanko, a native of Ghana residing in Great Britain is one of the revelations of European soul and one of the most valued voices in UK’s soul scene. Respectful of tradition, his main influences are Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye and Bill Whiters. His music is fresh and modern but carries the strength of the great voices of the genre from the 60s and 70s. The Spanish newspaper “La Vanguardia” noted that Myle Sanko was the great revelation of the Festival Black Music de Girona, where he literally “triumphed”.
