The CMSJ Jazz is the San Javier Music Conservatory's commitment to modern music and jazz. The band was created 14 years ago by Antonio F. Baeza, within the San Javier Conservatory, a pioneer in promoting and developing modern teachings and jazz in the Region of Murcia.

Every year he performs numerous performances and is regularly invited within the Erasmus + program of the Conservatory, to participate in interesting musical proposals, together with young people from all over Europe. The CMSJ Jazz is made up of registered students along with others who have already graduated, who continue to collaborate with the training, some of whom are already dedicated to music professionally.

This year we will have the privilege of having Ángel Valdegrama, a renowned pianist with an extensive professional career, and Antonio Moreno Glazkov on trumpet, who currently works as a trumpeter and composer in Amsterdam, leading two emerging bands: Chai Masters and NAUSYQA, both winners of prestigious awards in the Netherlands. In addition, we will have Sergio Fuentes on keyboards and Samuel Baeza on drums and percussion.

They will perform songs created in the classroom, mythical songs from the history of jazz and songs from Antonio F. Baeza
