Considered by many to be the best gospel choir in Europe, with ten albums and innumerable concerts in its long history, which spans more tan three decades, the LCGC, accompanied by a powerful band of five musicians is a grandiose show which is not easily forgotten. Founded in 1982 by the Reverend Bazil Meade, several great artists like George Michael, Sting, Luther Vandross, Elton John, Mariah Carey, Blur, Paul McCartney, Celine Dion, Tina Turner, Madonna, James Brown, or Eric Clapton have collaborated with the LCGC in concerts, videos and recordings. Speckling gospel with all kinds of influences, from the traditional American to Caribbean and African sounds, the wonderful LCGC’s voices and choreography fill the audience with such emotion and spirituallity that the left it physically exhausted.. A concert which will surely be mark a milestone in the history of the festival.
