Two blues titans, one from Texan and the other from Murcia, one from each side of the Atlantic, united by the same passion, the guitar, the blues, good taste and elegance when interpreting the compositions of the great masters of classic blues.
Jazz San Javier brings together Buddy and Santiago, two great classics of the festival, for its 25th anniversary. The chemistry between the two is legendary, and was immortalized on their double CD “Live in San Javier Jazz Festival 2017”. They return accompanied by Oneida James (ex-Joe Cocker bassist), José Ciudad on drums and the fabulous original M-Clan keyboardist, Íñigo Uribe, at the piano and the Hammond organ.
Classic blues and rock songs (Freddie King, Allman Brothers Band, Jimi Hendrix and Albert King, among others) and Santiago Campillo's own songs, in an electrifying concert by these two fantastic musicians.
