
Jazz San Javier delves into the musical heart of the municipality, inviting the band that emerged from the San Javier Music Conservatory. Minor Jazz Collective was created 18 years ago by Antonio F. Baeza within the San Javier Conservatory, a pioneer in promoting and developing jazz and modern music education in the Region of Murcia.
Directed by Professor Baeza and comprised of current jazz students and alumni who have graduated and are now professionals, along with excellent musicians from the region such as Ángel Valdegrama, Samuel Baeza, Jaime Campillo, Cristóbal Rodríguez, and Juan Diego Rosique, the band will present a varied repertoire that includes mystical jazz, flamenco jazz, and Latin jazz, as well as some pieces composed by Antonio F. Baeza.
As a special guest, the prestigious trumpeter Raynald Colom, one of the most sought-after musicians in Spain.
